Allure Talent is a recruiting company that needed a brand identity. The brand faces multiple situations in an ever changing diverse world.
Goal
So how does a recruiting agency attract the appropriate demographic –speaking to all types of companies– and stand out of the crowd – speaking to a broad range of companies?
Approach
To tackle this problem the concept I created for this logo was fluidity, adaptation and formation. Giving the logo shadows represented the brands depth. Because the brand speaks to a broad audience three colours were chosen that spoke to both a male and female demographic as-well-as staying professional.
Result
Communication and ideation played the biggest roll in the success of this logo. Given the scope of the project and the needs of the client wanting the brand to be innovative, modern, bold, versatile, edgy, artsy, fun, unique, cheerful, stylish yet sophisticated, I think was a great display of workmanship which resulted in a satisfied client.
