My role(s) in this project included Videographer Assistant, Content Editor, Production Assistant, and Graphic Designer. I wore many hats because I was the most qualified to understand the company inside out which proved to be useful in giving direction to the videographer, formatting the dialogue of a How-To guide, setting up and creating web elements for landing pages and newsletters. I love tackling and problem-solving issues like how do users approach and perceive instructional guides? Are they useful? How can I better bridge the gap in explaining a task that is seemingly difficult and complex into something digestible and less confusing?
